Piano Is Wellness is a group piano class designed to build social-emotional skills through learning to play the piano.

This class (often taught weekly in 4-8 week sessions) builds music skills around playing the piano and reading music. Embedded in the approach are breathing and posture techniques designed to navigate tension and anxiety, as well as melodies that help students de-escalate stressful moments. Keyboard use is provided for the class.
