Music Is Wellness is a general music class designed to build social-emotional skills through learning music (coming soon).

This class (often taught weekly in 4 week sessions) builds general music skills (rhythm, melody, harmony, other common music skills). Embedded in the approach is learning techniques to navigate tension and anxiety through rhythm, singing, and breathing. This class is most similar to a traditional general music course taught in school with the intention of learning stress response skills through music.
