Music Appreciation Is Wellness is a music listening class designed to build social-emotional skills through listening to music (coming soon).
This class (often taught weekly in 8-12 week sessions) builds music and social emotion skills through listening and appreciating music of different genres. Through listening, discussing, and engaging music, students will live into the transformation power of music as an audience member and fan! Additionally, the class will explore how to use songs to slow down and reassess in moments of stress.
